4 Elements started on the 1st of March 2009. 4 Elements specializes in servicing real estate investors in the fields of Real Estate, Finance and ICT.

The founders of 4 Elements are Bas Botman and Geertjan van Groenestijn.
From 1999 till 2007 they managed Vastgoed Transparant (Real Estate Transparant) specialized in servicing institutional real estate investors in the fields of Real Estate, Finance and ICT. From nov 2007 Vastgoed Transparant has been merged into Kadenza Projections. The fund- and asset and valuation management software, called DREAM developed by Vastgoed Transparant, is owned by Kadenza. 4 Elements can act as an implementation or consultant of DREAM.
